# Login

> How to sign in to the OneWebsite dashboard

## Signing in

1. Open the dashboard at the URL you were given (e.g. `onewebsite.is`)
2. Go to the login page — usually `/login`
3. Enter your **email** and **password**
4. Click **Sign in** (Skrá inn)

If your details are correct, you land on the dashboard overview.

  If you forgot your password, contact your system administrator or OneWebsite support.

## Signing out

1. Open the menu on the left
2. Click **Sign out** (Skrá út) at the bottom of the sidebar

## Login problems

If you see "Wrong email or password" (Rangt netfang eða lykilorð):

* Check that the email is spelled correctly
* Check whether Caps Lock is on
* Try again or request a new password
