# Logo and images

> How to upload your logo and favicon

## Logo

1. Go to **General settings**
2. Find the **Logo** section

You can set:

| Image                       | Purpose                       |
| --------------------------- | ----------------------------- |
| **Logo (light background)** | Logo shown on light pages     |
| **Logo (dark background)**  | Logo shown on dark pages      |
| **Favicon**                 | Small icon in the browser tab |

## Upload an image

1. Click the image field
2. Choose **Media library** (Myndaskrá) or paste an image URL
3. Pick an image from storage or upload a new one

## How the logo appears in the menu

Under logo settings you can choose how the logo appears at the top of the site:

* Logo and name together
* Logo only
* Company name only

## Size

Adjust **Logo size in navbar** if you want a larger or smaller logo in the menu.
