Signing in

  1. Open the dashboard at the URL you were given (e.g. onewebsite.is)
  2. Go to the login page — usually /login
  3. Enter your email and password
  4. Click Sign in (Skrá inn)
If your details are correct, you land on the dashboard overview.
If you forgot your password, contact your system administrator or OneWebsite support.

Signing out

  1. Open the menu on the left
  2. Click Sign out (Skrá út) at the bottom of the sidebar

Login problems

If you see “Wrong email or password” (Rangt netfang eða lykilorð):
  • Check that the email is spelled correctly
  • Check whether Caps Lock is on
  • Try again or request a new password
