Open language settings
- Click Settings (Stillingar) in the menu
- Find the Languages (Tungumál) section
Active languages
Icelandic is always enabled. You can enable additional languages, e.g.:
- English
- Polish
- Danish
- Swedish
Check the languages visitors should be able to choose on the site.
Default language
Select Default language from the dropdown. This is the language shown first when a visitor opens the site.
Content translations
When more than one language is active, you see language tabs when editing:
- Pages
- Blog posts
- Services
- Staff
Fill in content separately for each language.
If you enable a language but do not translate content, that language will not display correctly. Make sure key pages are translated.
Save
Click Save settings (Vista stillingar).
